I had a nice stay here and all the cleaning staff are very friendly and got very good service mind Reasonable price on Agoda and tasty complementary breakfast The only problem is the hot shower which lasts only 30 seconds and way too boiling hot and then cold ❄️🥶...i moved to 2 different rooms, same problem for all. Need new electrical heater I guess The location is good since it's in the middle of everything in the city center and close to the New Market

Be aware of room attendant they will charge you hefty amount for food and dont even provide bill for that and they only deal in cash.In my opinion room was good and location was great but the staffs are not very much friendly.The pricing of this hotel should be around 1200 - 1400 max but it charged me 2000 But overall 5

Service was. Good ... But the behaviour of front desk employees are tooo rude ... Rate of the rooms are too high in comparison of the rooms.... Water supply was disrupted for three times... Third class things I have experienced.... I will never recommend this hotel ....

The prices are quite high here. Although the room quality and service is top notch. The location is also at the centre. Overall a 3.5 star
